Overview
Diversity and Inclusion and Elevate
Elevate Healthcare’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is wide-ranging and spans across three pillars: workforce diversity, workforce inclusion, and community outreach.
Workforce Diversity. With the richness of the world around us, it is important that Elevate's workforce reflect a diversity of skills, experiences, thinking, and perspectives.
To achieve success and maintain a competitive advantage, Elevate must draw upon our most important resource: the skills, experiences, thinking, and perspectives of our workforce. We achieve success by reaching out to a diverse talent pool. Elevate actively participates in extensive recruiting outreach, which includes partnering with diverse talent-acquisition organizations like Tribaja and the Black Marketers Association of America.
We also have strong relationships with several universities and top pharmacy schools across the United States.
At Elevate, we enjoy a workplace built on trust, respect, and tolerance – where expressive dialogue and distinct talent, thought, and inquiry are welcome and drive results for our clients. We leverage the value of these differences and unique perspectives to attract an innovative and creative team of highly regarded professionals, resulting in an inclusive environment.
We believe in cultivating relationships with the most talented people in our industry and look forward to getting to know you!

We continue to take steps to foster communication, understanding, respect, and dignity. We have made a commitment to ourselves, our staff, and our community to continue to make a measurable impact. One aspect of that commitment is providing ongoing diversity and sensitivity training to all staff.

Community Outreach. By being transparent in our efforts to communicate support for our diversity and inclusion efforts and engaging in the communities in which we serve, Elevate believes we will be able to inspire others and create potential change.
By proactively engaging the communities and clients we serve, Elevate enhances our ability to be an effective, profitable, and trusted partner. Elevate has embarked on several initiatives to strengthen and reach out to our communities, some of which are described below:
Involved Employees: Through designated employee community days, many of our employees give their time to participate in community events throughout the year, from supporting organizations such as local pet shelters and Foundation Fighting Blindness to taking part in the Philadelphia region's VisionWalk. Elevate invests in several animal rights and wildlife causes, including Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya, the Wolf Sanctuary of PA, and the American Eagle Foundation.
Elevate also supports Bringing Hope Home®, a non-profit organization that provides Unexpected Amazingness® to local families with cancer through financial and emotional support.
Philanthropy: Elevate recognizes the importance of giving back through its financial and in-kind contributions to bring about positive change.
Healthcare Marketing Education: We are proud of our outreach activities with local high schools and colleges to provide education and encouragement to students interested in healthcare advertising.
Local and Small Business: We are dedicated to supporting our community’s economic growth by procuring supplies and services from small, independent, and diverse businesses.
Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Appointed members of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee are an integral part of maintaining a supportive community environment. Members provide input to leadership on issues related to increasing awareness, sensitivity, and understanding of diversity and inclusion as well as suggest opportunities for diversity and inclusion training and initiatives.
Supplier Diversity It is the policy of Elevate that, in acquiring goods and services, we maintain an environment that promotes, increases, and improves the quality of the overall participation of a widely diverse group of business enterprises. By working with small and diverse suppliers, we tap into new ideas that promote creative solutions and add value to our programs.
Supplier Diversity Policy: The goal of our Supplier Diversity Policy is to promote the inclusion of small and diverse businesses in our purchasing process and to continuously strive to increase our investment in qualifying entities.
Qualifying suppliers must meet business size criteria established by the Small Business Administration and include entities across the following categories:
- Minority-owned
- Disability-owned
- Woman-owned
- Disadvantaged businesses
- Veteran-owned (including disabled veteran-owned)
- LGBT-owned
- Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses
Suppliers are evaluated on several criteria, including price, quality, customer service, delivery, and other business requirements. Elevate is committed to identifying, actively seeking, and continuously expanding our network of potential small and diverse business vendors when selecting the best supplier to meet our business needs and the development of a diverse supplier base.
