New Vice President, Medical Director brings deep scientific expertise across therapeutic areas

We’re excited to announce the addition of Abby Dean, PhD, as Vice President, Medical Director, further strengthening the agency’s medical leadership and expanding our strategic support for clients. Abby’s role will be instrumental in enhancing the quality and scientific rigor we offer our clients, while helping teams deliver strategically backed creative.

Abby joins Elevate with experience from her previous agency, where she partnered closely with pharmaceutical clients and account teams to develop promotional content for strategic advisory boards and peer-to-peer programming. She has developed a skillset in senior leadership positions, heading up medical strategy, mentoring teams, and contributing to multiple new business wins.

With a PhD in physiology from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Abby brings a strong scientific foundation and a practical, collaborative approach to medical strategy. Her therapeutic expertise includes pulmonology, immunology, nephrology, cardiology, neurology, oncology, infectious diseases, vaccines, and rare diseases.

Abby and her unique skill set will make an immediate impact by reinforcing compliant medical strategy and supporting teams as they develop high-quality creative that advances our clients’ strategic objectives.
