Nearly 70 judges pored over nearly 700 entries to pick the ad campaigns destined to be recognized as the industry’s best at this year’s MM&M Awards show held October 10 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. By the time dessert was served, 2 campaigns Elevate launched during the past year were recognized as creative crème de la crème.
Elevate was called to the stage first to accept the Gold award for Best Professional Print Campaign, recognizing the Stop The Sting ad campaign created on behalf of our client Galen and their SYNERA brand. SYNERA is a lidocaine/tetracaine patch that helps prevent needle- stick pain for patients undergoing medical therapies that require a large number of injections over a long stretch of time.
Tara Powers, Creative Director at Elevate, said, “From the moment we came up with the idea, we knew these ads would be impossible to ignore.” Fortunately, our clients, their customers, and the show judges all agreed. Since the launch of the new campaign, SYNERA has seen an increase in brand awareness and reenergized the highly motivated sales force.
We also received the honor of a Silver award for Best Agency Self-Promotion, which hailed our signature ad campaign, Welcome to the Jungle. Like a good piece of self-promotion should, Welcome to the Jungle uses stopping power and aggressive messaging that get right to the point: Elevate helps healthcare brands gain traction by finding creative avenues that allow them to seize more than their fair share, despite all the competitors in the jungle of their marketplace.
