10 Changes to Expect Within the Life Sciences in 2024

Elevate's Powers speak with PM360 about important topics facing the industry today

Every month, PM360 Magazine publishes a thought leadership feature with pharmaceutical industry leaders discussing some the most important topics facing the industry. The first topic of the new year, 10 Changes to Expect Within the Life Sciences in 2024, features Elevate cofounder and managing partner Frank X. Powers sharing his perspective on the era of personalized marketing.

Just one observation delved deeper into the topic. “Personalization is not merely a buzzword; it’s a powerful tool for reshaping healthcare marketing. The era of one-size-fits-all marketing is giving way to a more nuanced and targeted strategy. Personalized marketing goes beyond addressing individuals by name or customizing; it involves crafting bespoke content that resonates with specific individuals. In 2024, brands that tailor their marketing messages accordingly will thrive.”

Frank goes on to discuss additional technologies and practices that will help organizations reach audiences on a more personal level. One of those technologies is voice search optimization. Voice search optimization is a technology made famous by the likes of Apple with Siri, Amazon with their Alexa home device, and the Google Home platform. Frank believes that voice search optimization has a chance to be extremely influential in how brands connect with their audiences in 2024.

In addition to voice search optimization, the veteran marketer sees artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool that will be leveraged more in 2024. “As AI continues to evolve, its potential to not only revolutionize marketing and patient engagement but also change the future of diagnostics and treatment plans cannot be overstated.”
