In the Aesthetics/Dermatology category, Biofrontera Inc. caught the judges’ attention with their AMELUZ® campaign, “Danger Lurks Below the Surface.” The campaign aims to create urgency around the cancer-causing potential of actinic keratosis (AK) lesions. With a striking visual of shark impressions on a patient’s forehead, the campaign highlights the need for a more focused and deliberate approach to treatment. Through powerful imagery and a bold headline, the campaign successfully connects the clinical needs of AK patients with the differentiated solution provided by AMELUZ.
The Oncology category featured Elevate work for Medexus Pharma and their campaign for the optical imaging agent Gleolan®, “See More. Resect More.” The campaign creates awareness and evokes disdain toward cancer. The headline emphasizes the power of Gleolan in allowing neurosurgeons to see and resect malignant tissue, leaving residual tumors with nowhere to hide.
In the Ophthalmology category, “Covering the Spectrum of Dry Eye Relief”—the healthcare professional campaign for the Thea Pharma Inc. eye drop brand iVIZIA®—impressed the judges enough to garner a finalist designation. The campaign showcases the iVIZIA brand and its formulation, depicted by seven different colors in the spectrum, each representing a unique benefit of the product. The campaign’s success is further validated by the multiple readership score awards it has won from industry publications.
